From the perspective of the world's top 10 steel-producing countries (regions), in November, China's crude steel output was 78.4 million tons, up 2.5% year-on-year; India's crude steel output was 12.4 million tons, up 4.5% year-on-year; Japan's crude steel output was 6.9 million tons, down 3.1% year-on-year; the United States' crude steel output was 6.4 million tons, down 2.8% year-on-year; Russia's estimated crude steel output was 5.5 million tons, down 9.2% year-on-year; South Korea's crude steel output was 5.2 million tons, down 3.6% year-on-year; Iran's crude steel output was 3.1 million tons, up 0.1% year-on-year; Turkey's crude steel output was 3 million tons, up 0.7% year-on-year; Germany's crude steel output was 2.9 million tons, up 8.6% year-on-year; Brazil's crude steel output was 2.8 million tons, up 1.9% year-on-year.
In November, the global direct reduced iron (DRI) production of 13 countries was 10.8 million tons, down 1.2% year-on-year. Among them, India's direct reduced iron production was 4.74 million tons, up 7.2% year-on-year; Iran's direct reduced iron production was 2.84 million tons, down 15.1% year-on-year. From January to November, the global direct reduced iron production of 13 countries was 117 million tons, up 5.4% year-on-year.
